A : Whenever you need - we never close! Our storage facilites are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all public and national holidays.
A : Only you have access to your unit. We do not keep a copy of the key, therefore only you will have access as the sole key holder. As all of our storage units are fully enclosed and private steel storage rooms, no one can see into your unit or see what you are storing. This allows you the highest level of security and privacy for your personal items.
A : Yes. We have ducted air conditioning units throughout all of our storage facilites, and all of our facilites are insulated to ensure a perfect climate for the safe and secure storage of your items.
A : Yes. We have on site security 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing constant protection for your storage unit.
A : Yes. We have 24 hour recorded CCTV throughout all of our storage facilites, installed by Dubai Police approved contractors.

A : Yes. Many of our customers store electrical items and this is not a problem.
A : No. We do not allow the storage of any food items or any perishable items (this includes any spices, tea, coffee, dried foods, pet foods etc.).

A: Yes – we have full insurance for all of our storage facilities and for the stock that we hold. Customers are able to purchase insurance for their stored items in addition to their monthly storage fees.
